The DWT site provides access to the dinucleotide weight tensor (DWT) toolbox that allows users to train a DWT from a set of input sequences, use a DWT to predict binding sites and overall binding energies. The site includes an online tool called Dilogo to generate graphical representation of dinucleotide weight tensors.
